San Roque in Antipolo, Rizal, from May 8-9, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the charitable institution <em>\u201cThe Noche Buena Project\u201d<\/em> started the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheNocheBuenaProject\/posts\/2930937600325238\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aiuto<\/a> (to help, assist) project on March 25, not a single day passed by without receiving the providence they needed to send help to hospitals or communities. These were mostly from donors who wished to remain anonymous \u2013 individual donors, families, international donors \u2013 who were touched by their social media posts geared to raise funds to cater to the families most affected by the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As one of the new donors, Enshored promises to set aside a portion of their revenues to support charities amidst challenges due to the pandemic. The charity is beyond grateful to be chosen as one of the collaborations. A chance encounter online led to a beginning of a hopefully long journey together to bring relief wherever needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs a company, we are now focusing on where else Enshored can make a positive contribution to the response and recovery from Coronavirus. Subsequently, our leadership team has decided to give a percentage of monthly revenues each month to the charities making the biggest impacts in tackling the epidemic,\u201d shared by Ian Jackson, CEO of Enshored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Enshored, we are able to reach 90 families from the sitio of Zapanta Compound in Barangay. San Roque, Antipolo under the Transfiguration of Christ Parish. Additionally, families of construction workers of a nearby development caught in the lockdown received: 5kg pack of rice, 1 kg pork, 1 bottle of cooking oil, 1 bottle of soy sauce, 1 bottle of vinegar, 1 pack of sugar, 1 pack of salt, and 1 pack of mung beans. These limited supply of milk is intended for school-age kids, the elderly, and the infirm who need them for nutritional support. Sorry, no infant or toddler milk because \u201cbreast milk is still best for babies\u201d, posted on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/jinglo\/posts\/10218843236324451?_rdc=1&amp;_rdr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a> by Jing Lo, Transfiguration of Christ Parish in Antipolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWho would have thought our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheNocheBuenaProject\/posts\/2931989530220045\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">daily posts<\/a> of small feats bringing protection and sustenance to the most vulnerable would touch so many lives,\u201d shared by the Noche Buena Project Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#e83760\"><strong>Reached Muslim community during Ramadan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This was made possible through volunteers led by Macrina Hannah Morados, Dean of the Islamic Institute of UP Diliman, and in partnership with the Youth for a United World, we were able to provide 100 grocery packs to Barangay Culiat, Quezon City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo lockdown can hinder us from our solidarity with our Muslim brothers and sisters especially during this time of Ramadan,\u201d from TNBP team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#e83760\"><strong>More families survive day 73rd since lockdown<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As we reached day 73 since the lockdown, more and more families needed help to survive each challenging day. Together with our partner, the Noche Buena Project, 306 families received rice and food packs in some parts of Antipolo: Dalig, Baryo Masikip, SAMADA Compound, Kaila, Dulong Zapanta, and Zapanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#e83760\"><strong>Frontliners in Tambo donate their own provisions to their neighbors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following content was originally written by the TNBP team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBeing a community is knowing each member and their needs\u2014being family. We thank the volunteers of Tambo who always ensure to bring these relief goods to families in most need, those in the peripheries.
