CEO Ian Jackson has recognized the newly formed logistics team, Rose Tan, MJ Cero, Kevin Bernal, JB Seril, Justine Bola\u00f1os together with the IT and procurement team, who were responsible for delivering computers and wifi hotspots, in his recent video message to all employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA month ago everyone was super busy moving from 100% work from the office to 100% work from home scenario. We very quickly got to 80% and then to 90% and since then we\u2019ve moved on to 97-98% employees working from home. That\u2019s a tremendous achievement! Much of that goes down to the work from our IT team, from Rose, from those who volunteered to help with the distribution of equipment whatever their positions in the company,\u201d CEO Ian Jackson said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The team strategized quickly on how to deliver as much equipment as possible to each employee\u2019s home address after they had received the March 22 deadline for BPOs final work from home arrangements memo shared by the Contact Center of the Philippines, CCAP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt was a nerve-racking experience, honestly but totally worth it\u201d, shared by Rose Tan. \u201cThe fact that I could help convince three vans to help on the 4-day delivery and hand over equipment myself to employees was really satisfying.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe officers on the checkpoints were really strict. We were afraid that they would stop us from delivering but they totally understood our purpose\u201d, added by Kevin Bernal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFor me, giving your time to a cause you believe in, in order to help others in the process is what volunteerism is all about. The whole experience can be very rewarding and addictive!
