The awards were determined through a unique blending of the average scores of more than 100 professional judges and over 80,000 public votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the award, Enshored\u2019s founder and CEO Ian Jackson said they were very proud to be recognized for building a positive work culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur people do incredibly challenging work and our reputation depends on them,\u201d he added. \u201cIt\u2019s not only right, but it\u2019s good business to look after them properly and I\u2019m delighted for all our staff and the managers that support them that this has been recognised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs a business we\u2019re committed to building a workplace culture that enables people from all backgrounds to thrive.
