The awards celebrate all of the customer experience innovations over the last 12 months.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The awards will take place online on October 7th and 14th and include a range of panel talks as well as the award presentation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As with all Awards International events, the 2021 UK CXA finalists will be shortlisted and scored by an independent judging panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ian Jackson, CEO Enshored, commented: \u2018We are delighted to be a finalist at the UKCXA.
